Product Introduction
Pneumatic thin film low-temperature regulating valve is a modified product of single and double seat regulating valves. It differs from the ambient temperature regulating valve in that it uses a long necked upper valve cover to keep the packing working at room temperature. Suitable for regulating media (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) at low temperatures of -60~-250 ℃. To ensure adjustment accuracy, a valve positioner must be used.
structural principle
The pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve consists of two parts: a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and low-temperature resistant single and double seat valves. The signal pressure from the regulator is input into the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator, generating thrust. The valve core is driven by the connecting rod, and the change in the position of the valve core changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve, achieving the regulation of the medium flow rate.
