Instructions for Use Self operated electric control temperature regulating valve (suitable for larger diameters and heat transfer oil control), this valve is characterized by its large size and only requires a regular 220V power supply. It uses the energy of the regulated medium to directly adjust and control the temperature of steam, hot gas, hot oil, gas and other media. It can also be used to prevent overheating or heat exchange. The valve has a simple structure, easy operation, wide temperature control range, fast response time, reliable sealing performance, and can be adjusted freely during operation. Therefore, it is widely used in hot water supply in chemical, petroleum, food, textile, hotel and restaurant departments.
Product Features The nominal diameter of this series of products ranges from 20 to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa. The operating temperature range is from -20 ℃ to 350 ℃, and the received signal is 0~10mA.DC or 4~20mA.DC to change the flow rate of the controlled medium and maintain the controlled process parameters at the given values. The single seat regulating type is suitable for situations with small pressure difference, high medium viscosity, or slight particle impurities. The sleeve adjustment type is suitable for situations with large pressure differences.
