ZMBS-320K Pneumatic Thin Film Multi stage High pressure Angular Control Valve
Pneumatic thin film angular high-pressure regulating valve is a special valve designed specifically for high-pressure systems. Used in conjunction with pneumatic or electric (with electric pneumatic converters) regulating instruments for automatic regulation and remote control of production processes in industrial sectors such as chemical, petroleum, and power. The pneumatic thin film angular high-pressure regulating valve consists of a pneumatic thin film actuator and a high-pressure valve. The structural type of the valve is a right angle single seat type, with a plunger shaped valve core used for valve cores under high pressure differential conditions. The head is infiltrated or embedded with hard alloy to resist erosion and cavitation under high pressure differential conditions and improve service life. Due to the high pressure difference, the unbalanced force of the medium on the valve core is relatively large. Therefore, actuators with high rigidity have been selected in the design, and valve positioners are generally used. The action of the pneumatic high-pressure regulating valve comes from the thrust generated by the signal pressure on the diaphragm, which causes the push rod to push the valve core to move accordingly, that is, the stroke. The change in stroke changes the flow area of the valve to regulate process parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and liquid level.
