ZXG series pneumatic film cage single seat valve
Product Description The ZXG series pneumatic diaphragm cage single seat valve is a pressure regulating valve with a medium pressure balance. It adopts a cage sleeve guide, single seat sealing structure, and is equipped with a multi spring actuator. The flow channel is S-shaped and imported MA43 series balance sealing ring is selected. Overall, it has the characteristics of stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics, and low noise. Especially suitable for working environments with small leakage and large pressure difference before and after the valve. This series of products includes various types such as standard type, heat dissipation type, low-temperature type, adjustable cut-off type, and corrugated tube sealing type. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN (Mpa) 1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0; Valve body diameter range DN (mm) 20~200; Suitable for various grades within the fluid temperature range of -150~+250oC; The leakage standards include IV level, V level, and VI level; The flow characteristics include straight lines and equal percentages. Multiple character specifications are available for selection.
