Before starting the RO device, the pressure control valve must be checked

1) Before starting the RO device, it is necessary to check whether the pre treated incoming water meets the RO device inlet indication, otherwise the equipment cannot be put into operation.

2) In any case, the ambient temperature around the RO device should not be lower than 5 ℃ and higher than 40 ℃, and the water temperature should be controlled between 20-25 ℃.

3) Check whether each pipeline is properly connected according to the process requirements, whether the electrical circuit is complete, and whether the wiring is reliable.

4) Pay attention to checking the position of the upper and lower limit control pointers of the high-pressure and low-pressure control pressure gauges. The lower limit pointer of the low-pressure pressure gauge before the inlet of the high-pressure pump should be at the 0.05-0.1Mpa position. Open the inlet and outlet valves of the high-pressure pump, the concentrated water discharge valve, the return valve, open the pressure gauge valve, the conductivity meter sending valve, and close all sampling valves.

5) Check if the rotating part of the high-pressure pump is flexible. If any abnormalities are found, necessary measures should be taken to handle them.

6) Turn on the main power switch of the RO device and the power switch of the conductivity meter and other instruments.

7) Check the setting time of each time relay: The first time relay is the delayed start time for water inlet (set to 20 seconds, which is when the RO system is started to supplement the pipeline water pressure. At this time, the RO pre pump works, the water inlet solenoid valve and the flushing solenoid valve are opened, and the high-pressure pump starts after the time is over); The second time relay is the membrane group flushing time (set to 60 seconds, which is the RO system flushing membrane group time. At this time, the RO pre pump works, the high-pressure pump starts, the inlet solenoid valve and flushing solenoid valve are opened. After the time is up, the flushing solenoid valve is closed, and the RO system is in normal water production state); The third time relay is the membrane group cycle flushing time (set to 3 hours, which is the cycle flushing time during the operation of the RO system). At this time, the RO pre pump works, the high-pressure pump starts, and the system start switch is activated. The vent valve of the filter is opened, and the valve is closed after the vent valve has discharged water. The feed water pressure of the RO pre pump should be such that the outlet pressure indication of the precision filter is within the range of 0.10-0.3Mpa.

8) Utilize the RO pre pump to supply water pressure, allowing water to enter the reverse osmosis component through the high-pressure pump for several minutes to remove air from the components and pipelines. Close the RO membrane inlet pressure control valve.

10) Confirm again that the concentrated water control valve is in the open position.

11) Slowly open the inlet pressure control valve. (The inlet pressure is below 0.4Mpa).

12) Start the high-pressure pump.

13) Slowly open the inlet pressure control valve. Increase the inlet pressure and flow rate until the design value is reached, but the pressure rise rate must be lower than 0.07Mpa/s, and continue to allow all produced and concentrated water to be discharged into the appropriate discharge water collection point.

14) Slowly close the concentrated water pressure control valve. Until the ratio of produced water to concentrated water approaches the design ratio, but does not exceed the design ratio (i.e. recovery rate). Check the system pressure to ensure it does not exceed the design limit. Repeat steps 9 and 10 until the system reaches the designed water production and concentration levels.

16) When the device stops, the high-pressure concentrated water valve should be gradually opened first. Gradually reduce work pressure, and be careful not to suddenly reduce pressure when shutting down to avoid damage to the roll type reverse osmosis membrane components. When closing all valves, be sure to fill the reverse osmosis membrane module with water.

17) Turn off the power supply and main power switch of the conductivity meter. Shut down all devices in the preprocessing system.

18) Working mode of RO system: Set the power switch to the "on" position, the pre pump switch to the "automatic" position, the high-pressure pump switch to the "on" position, the host flushing to the "off" position, and the system will automatically start. When the water level in the raw water tank is low or the water level in the RO pure water tank is high, the RO system automatically stops working and is in standby mode. After recovery, the RO system automatically starts.
