Pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve

Composed of pneumatic O-type cut-off ball valve and pneumatic double acting actuator. It has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, and easy operation, and can be widely used in automatic adjustment and remote control of industrial production processes such as petroleum, chemical, hydropower, and textile.

The O-shaped ball valve consists of valve body, ball body, valve shaft, sealing ring, packing, pressure plate and other components.

The actuator consists of main components such as gas, piston, gear type, output shaft, cylinder head, bearing, guide ring, piston bearing shell, adjusting bolt, "O" ring, etc

The actuator is connected to the valve using a connecting shaft. After the input of air pressure into the cylinder, a certain amount of thrust is generated on the piston, causing the gear type output to rotate under the push of the piston, driving the gear output shaft to rotate and drive the valve shaft to rotate, thereby causing the ball valve ball to rotate inside the valve, changing the flow area of the valve and achieving the purpose of changing the flow rate of the medium passing through the valve.
