Pneumatic butterfly valve (with handwheel) DN300
Instructions for Use Pneumatic butterfly valve is a rotary control valve. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and high rated flow coefficient, and is particularly suitable for controlling large-diameter, high flow, thick and turbid slurry or boiler kiln flue gas. There are three types of products in this series: standard type, high temperature type, and sealed type. The nominal pressure levels of the product are 0.1, 0.25, 0.6, and 1.0 MPa, with diameters ranging from 50mm to 1400mm. The leakage levels are II and VI, and the flow characteristics are approximately equal percentages. When switching from pneumatic to manual, use the side mounted handwheel mechanism method (refer to Figure 3); Pull out the positioning pin, turn the handle upwards, the worm gear and worm gear mesh, press in the positioning pin, and rotate the handwheel to change the flow cross-section. When manually switching to pneumatic, simply turn the handle in the opposite direction. Product Features The valve body is welded with steel plates, with a compact structure, small volume, and light weight. The ZMAW and ZSCW series products only have different actuators, while others are the same, with strong interchangeability between products. The ability to switch between air closed and air open modes is strong, and users can achieve it on site. Low flow resistance and high rated flow coefficient, about three times that of a single seat valve of the same caliber. When the valve plate is in the closed position, there is an initial angle of 10 degrees, so the leakage is small. Sealed butterfly valves have a small leakage rate due to the soft material made valve seat Main component materials Valve body: HT200, ZG230-450, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti Valve plate: carbon steel, 1Cr18Ni9Ti Long axis: 1Cr18Ni9Ti Valve seat: carbon steel, stainless steel lined with synthetic rubber or reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene Internal bearings: Bronze, stainless steel overlay with Stellite alloy Packing: polytetrafluoroethylene, flexible graphite Valve cover: carbon steel connection standard a、 Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the product model and specifications match the usage requirements, and then thoroughly clean the pipeline to remove welding slag, debris, etc. b、 The valve should be installed upright and vertically on a horizontal pipeline. If necessary, it can be installed at an angle. In situations where the valve has a large self weight or vibration, it should be supported and reinforced. c、 The installation site considers the safety of personnel and equipment, making it easy to operate, as well as convenient for disassembly, assembly, and maintenance. d、 Valves should be installed in environments with temperatures ranging from -30 to 60 ℃.
