Electric regulating butterfly valve
Instructions for Use ZAJW electric butterfly valve is a rotary control valve, which is the execution unit in the electric unit combination instrument. There are two types of valve body structures: soft sealed valve seats and all metal valve seats, which are used for normal temperature (-40~180 ℃) and high temperature (-60~450 ℃) applications, respectively. Used for continuous adjustment and intermittent adjustment respectively. There are two types of actuators: mechanical and electronic. Both can accept 0-100mA.DC and 4-2010mA.DC signals to control valve opening and closing. The difference is that the latter is an integrated design, which means that the servo amplifier is directly installed inside the actuator, enabling control functions from simple to complex. (Regarding the execution mechanism, please refer to the relevant technical materials for details). This series of products has good sealing performance and a large rated flow coefficient. Widely used in production sectors such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, and wastewater treatment. The nominal pressure of this series of products is 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa. The diameter ranges from 25 to 200mm, and the input signals include 0-10mA. DC, 4-2010 mA. DC1-5V. DC, etc. The allowable leakage levels are IV and VI. The temperature range for use is -60 to 450 ℃.
