The ZMAW/ZSHWB/ZDRW/ZDRWB series eccentric butterfly valve (referred to as high-performance butterfly valve) adopts a unique eccentric structure for the valve plate and sealing ring, which has the characteristics of compact structure, good cutting performance, and long service life. It has both regulating and cutting functions. Widely used in industrial sectors such as chemical, power, textile, food, medicine, papermaking, as well as municipal engineering, water plants and other pipelines to cut off or regulate flow control of tap water, sewage, oil liquids or media such as air, gas, natural gas, and water vapor.

The valve body adopts integral casting technology, with a compact structure, small volume, and light weight;

Double eccentric installation of valve plate, when closed, the valve plate expands outward to achieve a good peripheral sealing state; When opened, the valve plate and sealing ring quickly detach, effectively preventing the sealing ring from wearing out;

The sealing ring design is novel, concise, and maintenance free;

There are two types of sealing ring forms to choose from: soft sealing and metal sealing, to meet the requirements of different working conditions;

Due to the use of an eccentric structure, the operating torque is greatly reduced;

Small flow resistance, large flow coefficient, about three times that of a single seat valve of the same diameter;

The valve adopts a column flange structure, and the process pipeline adopts a clamp type installation;
