ZAZM electric sleeve regulating valve

The structure of the electric sleeve regulating valve core is based on the clearance between the sleeve and the valve disc. There are multiple throttling windows on the sleeve, and the shape of the windows determines the flow characteristics of the regulating valve. The size of the window area affects the flow coefficient Cv of the regulating valve. The valve seat adopts a self centering non threaded clamping structure, and the conical sealing surface on the valve seat cooperates with the conical sealing surface on the valve disc to form a cut-off sealing pair, ensuring that the valve is tightly closed when the valve disc is pressed against the valve seat. The size of the valve seat diameter affects the flow coefficient Cv of the regulating valve. There are symmetrically distributed balance holes parallel to the axial direction on the valve disc, which connect the chambers on the upper and lower end faces of the valve disc. In this way, most of the forces exerted by the medium inside the valve on the axial direction of the valve disc cancel each other out, and the unbalanced force generated by the medium on the valve stem is very small. By receiving signals from industrial automation control systems (such as 4-20mA or 1-5V DC), the valve is driven to change the cross-sectional area between the valve core and seat, controlling the flow rate, temperature, pressure, and other process parameters of the pipeline medium.
