ZDLP electric three-way regulating valve
Product Description The ZAZQ and ZAZX electric three-way merging and diverging regulating valves are guided by a cylindrical thin-walled window shaped valve core. Equipped with DKZ linear electric actuator, it receives 0~10 or 4~20mA.DC signals to drive valve opening and closing. The three-way merging regulating valve is used to mix two fluids into a third fluid or the same fluid at different temperatures into the same temperature fluid. A three-way splitter valve divides a fluid into two streams. This series of products has a diameter ranging from 25mm to 200mm, with nominal pressures of 1.0, 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4MPa, a temperature range of -60 ℃ to 450 ℃, and a control signal of 0~10 or 4~20mA.DC. There are two types of actuators available: ordinary and electronic.
Product Features The direction of fluid action on the valve core is in the open state, so the working stability is good. In addition to the liner guidance at the valve cover, the side of the valve core and the inner surface of the valve seat also have a guiding effect, with a large guiding area and reliable operation. The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the adjustment accuracy. There are various forms of electric operators that can be applied to 4~20mA.DC or 0~10mA.DC Electronic electric control valves can directly control valve opening with current signals without the need for servo amplifiers. Save automation investment. Compared with single seat, double seat or sleeve regulating valves, the same system can save one valve, simplify the system, and save investment. The bellows sealing type forms a complete seal for the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage.
