Electric double seat regulating valve
The electric double-seat regulating valve is composed of two parts: the electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and the regulating valve. The regulating valve usually divided into two types: the straight-through single-seat type and the straight-through double-seat type. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small un force, and stable operation, so it is often especially suitable for occasions with large flow, high pressure drop, and less leakage. A valve is a control component in a fluid transportation, which has the functions of shut-off, regulation, guidance, prevention of backflow, pressure stabilization, diversion, or overflow pressure relief. The valves used in fluid systems, from the simplest cut-off valves to the various valves used in extremely complex self-control systems, have a wide variety and specifications. Electric double seat regulating valve is a device used to adjust parameters such as medium pressure and flow rate. According to its structure and function, it can be mainly classified as follows: 1. Classified by structure: (1) Single seat regulating valve: suitable for situations requiring small leakage. (2) Double seat regulating valve: with two valve seats, suitable for situations with high flow and low pressure difference. (3) Cage sleeve regulating valve: adopting cage sleeve design, it has good stability and regulating performance. 2. Classified by driving method: (1) Electric dual seat regulating valve: driven by an electric actuator, suitable for situations that require remote control. (2) Pneumatic dual seat regulating valve: driven by a pneumatic actuator, suitable for applications with high explosion-proof requirements. 3. Classified by connection form: (1) Flange connection: Connected to pipelines through flanges, easy to install, and has good sealing performance. (2) Threaded connection: suitable for small-diameter pipelines, easy to install. 4. Classified by sealing form: (1) Soft sealing type: using soft sealing materials, suitable for occasions with high sealing requirements. (2) Hard sealing: using hard sealing materials, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and high pressure. 5. Classified by applicable medium: (1) Water regulating valve: suitable for regulating water medium. (2) Gas regulating valve: suitable for regulating gas media. (3) Special medium regulating valve: suitable for regulating corrosive, high-temperature, high-pressure and other special media. 6. Classified by pressure range: (1) Low pressure regulating valve: suitable for low pressure working conditions. (2) Medium pressure regulation: suitable for medium pressure working conditions. (3) High pressure regulating valve: suitable for high-pressure working conditions. 7. Classified by nominal diameter: (1) Small caliber regulating valve: suitable for regulating small flow rates. (2) Large caliber regulating valve: suitable for regulating large flow rates. 8. Classified by flow direction: (1) Unidirectional control valve: The medium can only flow in one direction. (2 )Bidirectional regulating valve: The medium can flow in both directions. 9. Classified by standard: (1) National standard regulating valve: a regulating valve that complies with national standards. (2) American standard regulating valve: a regulating valve that complies with American standards. (3) Japanese standard regulating valve: a regulating valve that complies with Japanese standards. The above are the main classifications of electric double seat regulating valves, each with its specific application scenarios and advantages. |
